I offer telehealth therapy in Nevada and work with teens (12+), adults, couples, and families. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and have experience in a variety of settings.

I use a mix of approaches depending on what fits you best, including CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, ACT, and somatic work. I also provide neurodivergent-affirming care.

My goal is for you to feel understood and supported as we work on building hope, coping skills, self-awareness, and self-compassion. Therapy is a place where you can breathe, settle in, and get to know yourself without fear of being judged.

You don’t have to go through grief or trauma alone. My clients often crave a space where they don’t have to “put on a brave face,” but where they can be honest about their pain without fear of judgment. They are searching for hope. They want to learn how to carry their struggles differently through coping skills and understanding their emotions. I believe in using the body and mind together, focusing on relaxation and acceptance to heal. This healing isn’t about “getting over it,” but instead is about finding new ways to live and grow, even with the scars you carry.

I completed my MSW from UGA where I focused on working with adults experiencing grief, a subject of special interest to me. As a trauma-informed therapist, I aspire to be a source of support for those who may not have the assistance they deserve during life’s changes, such as loss, illness, or divorce.

If therapy with me were a place, it would be a cozy corner table in a quiet coffee shop. There is no pressure, no judgment, just space to exhale and be real. I like our sessions to unfold naturally while focusing on what matters most to you. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, or even if you’re not sure where to start, I invite you to reach out!
